Votkinsk - region of Udmurtia Votkinsk facility, located on the east of the country, along the coast of the Votkinsk pond - an artificial dam on the river Votka, right tributary of the Kama River. Date of establishment - 1759. In 1757, Count PI Shuvalov began construction Votkinsk ironworks, both originated at the plant and the village.
